Responsibilities and Duties
• Manage our Automated IT Helpdesk System (Spiceworks).
• Research, explain, and deploy workable IT solutions to all business units.
• Deploy workstations, update infrastructure, and manage software deployments as needed.

• Assist Director in management of our DNS, SAN, and Domain Control systems.

Performs all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy. Generates and handles traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation and completing move-in paperwork and procedures. Assist residents throughout their residency. Promptly responds to phone calls and emails from guests. Reviews unit availability on a daily basis. Walks tour paths, vacant units and make-readies on a daily basis to insure the “model” apartments and target apartments are ready for show; responsible for maintaining work areas and office in clean and orderly manner; need to have an awareness of the “curb appeal” of the property. Gathers information to learn about property, surrounding community, and competition. Uses the guest card to ascertain the needs and qualifications of every guest. Leads guests to vacant and/or model apartments and discusses the features and benefits that meet the needs of the guests. Records all traffic daily. Follows up with each guest. Apartment Maintenance Technicians are responsible for general maintenance at the apartment community. Will be responsible for make ready, turns and work orders. Excellent customer service experience required and must have at least 1 year apartment maintenance experience. Successful candidates will work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times.
Will be responsible for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair and a variety of maintenance tasks, including cleaning up the grounds, at our communities.
