4 Steps to Building Your Dream Home in Arbor Gate:

Step 1: Join the Interest List

Fill out the form on this page, chat with our Online Advisor, or call 717-368-9831 to join the Interest List. Our Online Advisor team will reach out when we are getting close to opening the community to check in on your homebuying process. At that time, we will put you on the Priority List, ensuring you are the first to know when the community launches!

Step 2: Schedule a Preview Appointment

Our Online Advisors will send you an email once the community has a release date! At this time, Preview Appointments will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. During this informational appointment, you’ll receive base pricing and floorplan design information for the community. Attending this appointment will also give you priority scheduling for a contract appointment. 

Step 3: Attend the Preview Event

We will host a Preview Event prior to the community launch date! During this event, we will release homesite information including the community plat map, homesite features, and premiums. At this time, you will have the opportunity to pick a homesite that best fits your lifestyle. 

Step 4: Schedule a Contract Appointment

During the Preview Event, you’ll have the opportunity to set a contract appointment for this community! All contract appointments will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis during the event. Attendees who have completed a Preview Appointment will get priority scheduling for contract appointments. We do not allow any holds or reservations on homesites. Be the first to schedule a contract appointment to ensure you get your desired homesite.
