Next, you will meet with your Designer to choose from a range of structural, electrical, and mechanical options. These may include details such as Bath and Kitchen layouts, wall additions or removals, outlet placements, and bump-outs. After finalizing your structural details, you will meet with a Designer who guides you through the final finish options.
Once the Construction Manager has reviewed your plans and details, the construction schedule, and your expectations of the process, building begins.
