The Savannah Cottage Model Home has earned the MAME Award for Best Interior Merchandising. Designed to emphasize spaciousness, functionality, and luxury, this home boasts a versatile floorplan and showcases its design and layout. Key features include an open living concept, a partially finished basement with a cafe and entertainment area, a Family Room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a 2-story fireplace, and a second-story loft/flex space offering modern living and entertainment. Since its release, this newest floorplan has quickly become a customer favorite, ranking among the top 7 most sold plans in 2023, and is now honored to have received the 2024 MAME's Best Interior Merchandising award!

The Charlotte Design Studio was honored to have won the 2024 MAME Award for Best Design Center! The showroom offers an immersive and personalized experience for homebuilders, showcasing diverse options like kitchen layouts and selections, and bath, flooring, lighting, and exterior displays. This space is also used to host Open House Events, allowing realtors and homebuyers to experience an engaging and inspirational space.
