The Construction Manager position manages all aspects of the home building process according to Keystone Custom Homes quality standards while adhering to budget, maintaining the construction schedule and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. Additional responsiblity for completing service and warranty work in the region. Successful candidates will have exemplary work ethic, character and integrity.
A Bachelors degree, Business Management, Construction Management, or related field, required. Must be highly organized and have a strong attention to details. OSHA 10 Hr., preferred.
Keystone Custom Homes, home builder in Central PA and northern MD, is seeking part-time, weekend sales associates in our Adams County, PA and Frederick County, MD areas. The ideal candidate will interact well with the public and represent our company in a professional manor.
This position serves as a greeter to incoming prospects which includes touring the home with them, providing information and ultimately setting appointments for our sales team members. Must be flexible with location as the model you are assigned to could change weekly based on our coverage needs. The nature of this position is strictly for weekend coverage of a model home. Position consists of an hourly wage.

Contact and schedule appointments as needed with homeowners in the required time frame: Weekly contact within 30 days of settlement, monthly contact on “anniversary” of settlement.
Prioritize schedule to be at all customer Celebrations in your region. Arrive 30 minutes after Celebration starts or as directed by your Construction Manager. Assist QCM in scheduling and monitoring trade partners that are completing warranty work for homeowners. Scheduling should be structured and efficient and broken down into developments (i.e. Mondays: XXs, Tuesdays: YYs, Wednesdays: ZZs.)
Manage and care for all tools and materials provided by KCH. Follow all safety guidelines for all tools and materials. Track materials used and have them replenished as needed by notifying the QCM or RCM. Maintain maintenance on company vehicles. Oil Change every 5k miles. Vans are to be clean both inside and outside at all times.
Trade Partner Management
Develop cooperative, mutually supportive relationships with all trade partners. Ensure trade partners understand and adhere to established scopes of work, schedules, quality standards and KCH’s warranty. Utilize proper management techniques to ensure conflicts with trade partners do not occur. Assist with recruiting trade partners not supplied by I/O. Ensure Proper communication, direction and support is provided to all new trade partners regarding the company’s warranty policies and procedures. Solicit feedback from trade partners on methods of improving processes, systems, materials and techniques.
Maintain Safety Standards
Serve as an on-site example by complying with all established safety standards. Ensure all site personnel comply fully with the company’s safety standards as well as with OSHA standards. Ensure all job site accidents are properly handled and documented.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s warranty standards and systems. Assist QCM in drilling down and finding root cause of reoccurring defects.
Maintain a courteous, professional relationship with all homeowners. Ensure homeowners are notified and up to date on the status of any outstanding items that need to be completed. The utmost respect and care should be taken when working in or around a customer’s home. It should be left cleaner and neater then when you arrived. Respond immediately to customer’s questions or concerns. Discuss and set expectations of 3rd party survey with homeowners. Customer satisfaction is paramount to the success of the Home Care Specialist and Keystone Custom Homes. The 3rd Party survey is our report card. The home care specialist is an integral part of delivering a high quality home along with the finest of customer experiences while relaying to your clients the importance of completing this survey.
