Meet the Team: Savannah Blevins

Describe your growth here at Keystone!
I started at Keystone as a Design Studio Advisor during a uniquely challenging time in 2020 and hit the ground running, immediately taking customer appointments and learning as much as I could. In 2022, I was promoted to Design Studio Manager, where I began overseeing our design team and managing all our product offerings. I still proudly serve in that role today, and in the summer of 2023, I also joined our Model Home development team. Now, I oversee that entire process as well, including all design selections for our model homes. It’s been incredibly rewarding to grow alongside the company and take on new opportunities.

What floorplan is your favorite and why?
My favorite plan is the Hawthorne. Although I know many people expect me to say the Savannah! I love the Hawthorne because it has such a beautiful, functional flow. It’s a home a family can truly grow into, and one of my favorite details is the window in the kitchen overlooking the backyard.

What advice would you give to someone preparing for their Design Studio appointment?
Preparation is key. Building a home involves making a lot of decisions, so giving yourself time to think through your options and identify what’s most important to you will set you up for success. The more clarity you bring, the smoother and more enjoyable the experience will be.

How do you decide which design selections make the showroom?
I pay close attention to trends, upcoming styles, and new offerings from our vendors. It’s important to us that our Design Studio has something for everyone, so I try to consider every type of buyer who might walk through our doors. The goal is to curate a collection that feels both inspiring and attainable.

What’s your favorite memory of your time here at Keystone?
One of my favorite memories is attending the Design Studio grand opening in Charlotte. Since our roots are primarily in Pennsylvania, opening a studio in Charlotte represented a major milestone in our company’s growth and expansion. So many members of our team poured tremendous effort into bringing that space to life, and being part of that moment was incredibly inspiring.

Favorite timeless design element in a home!
Cabinets that go all the way to the ceiling. It’s a classic detail that elevates any kitchen, never goes out of style, and adds so much to the overall design. In my opinion, it’s a very worthwhile upgrade.
