What has been your favorite community event you have executed?
Retreat at SPOOKYTOWN Farms! We threw a Halloween Party for all the homeowners at Retreat at Boyertown Farms and everyone participated in costume, it was a blast! Our team dressed up as the Village People (the music group that sings YMCA) and the photos are hysterical! 

What advice would you give to someone looking for a new home?
You'll never be upset for improving your life. Focus on what's most important to you, and everything else will fall into place. 

What is your favorite floorplan and why
My favorite floorplan is the Hawthorne Cottage (with modifications). I’m definitely a two-story and wall-of-windows kind of girl. I’d add the morning room with the Owner’s Suite sitting room above, then modify to rotate and upgrade to a 10-foot kitchen island. I’d also include 12-foot sliding doors on the first floor that lead to a covered deck, with a private Owner’s Suite deck above. On the side of the home, I’d add a sunroom for all of my plants, and a basement movie theater. I’d design my home for entertaining, with a strong focus on the kitchen, family room, and outdoor flow. The Hawthorne floorplan is my favorite because all of the bedrooms are generously sized, and I love how you can strategically add space through the available options.

What’s the most rewarding part of helping someone find or build their home?
I truly believe in the work I do, and I love helping people improve their lives. My favorite moments are celebrating when families choose to build with Keystone—popping confetti cannons, snapping photos, and creating memories they’ll carry with them long after the decision is made. I also love seeing the happiness AFTER they’ve settled into their new home, when they tell you, “we’re so glad we did it.”
