How has Keystone changed over the years that you have worked with us?
The company has grown tremendously in many ways, yet we still remain a KCH "family" in every aspect of our business.

What has been your favorite community event you have executed?
I’ve enjoyed many, but the Fall Fests stand out as my favorite. They’re such a great time for the whole community, where kids and even adults get to dress up, enjoy the festivities, and have fun with their neighbors.

 What advice would you give to someone looking for a new home?
Call KCH! We are a team-oriented company with exceptional people ready to help you create your dream home. From your initial meeting with a New Home Advisor, to working with our talented Design Team, to the guidance of our experienced Construction Managers, and finally to celebrating with our Settlement Team. Celebration!

What is your favorite floorplan and why?
The Covington is my favorite floorplan because it has space for all the family activities without feeling crowded.

Favorite Customer Story!
I’ve had many memorable experiences over the years, but one that stands out is with a young couple, both in the medical field. She was a NICU nurse, and together they had two boys while trying to adopt a little girl. They needed an additional bedroom for her but couldn’t afford a larger home. She wrote a letter to our owner, Jeff, not asking for anything free, but simply for ideas on how to make it work. Our entire team, along with our lender, came together to help, and today they are happily living in their 4-bedroom Windsor home.
