We are always reviewing our plans to see what works and what could work better. People loved the Manchester, but its layout did not fit many of our homesites. So we went back to the drawing board, kept the best parts, reworked the rest and gave it a new name.
Because the Winchester sits on a smaller footprint than the Manchester, it works on more of our homesites. If you loved the Manchester but could not find it in the community you wanted, the Winchester may be the answer.
The Winchester keeps the soaring 2-story Family Room that made the Manchester a favorite. It is the bright, open heart of the home, with plenty of space for everyday life and big gatherings alike.
Today's buyers want space that can work more than 1 way. The Winchester's Flex Room can become a Sunroom, a Playroom or a Guest Suite. There is also a separate Study, so you do not have to pick between a Home Office and a Guest Room.
Instead of a formal Dining Room you walk past, the Winchester puts a Casual Dining Area right next to the Kitchen. It is big enough for holiday meals and practical for weeknight dinners.
