This past weekend, current and future homeowner's in the Sanctuary at Lititz Grove community gathered for a day of celebration and connection. We hosted a Paving Party to mark the progress of the community, followed by a Fall Fest to enjoy the season.
Families had the chance to capture photos on their lots adorned with brand-new “Sold” signs, complete with confetti poppers and delicious treats. Residents and future neighbors also enjoyed seasonal fun with pumpkin painting, yard games, and a bounce house. It was the perfect afternoon to soak in the beautiful autumn weather, connect with new friends, and celebrate this exciting chapter together.
