Senior Counsel

Location: Corporate - Lancaster PA

The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience in all facets of real estate including zoning, land development, business organization, construction, commercial financing and title. A Bachelors degree, in Accounting, Business Management, or related field, required. Prior financial systems conversion experience, preferred. Knowledge of YARDI, TOM, and QuickBooks beneficial. Survey Technician

Location: Lancaster PA

Keystone Custom Homes is seeking a Survey Technician; based from our corporate office in Lancaster, PA. JOB SUMMARY This Full-Time position is responsible for all aspects of accurate layout of homes, grades, property corners, driveways and utilities in the field, in an efficient and timely manner. The position is also responsible for preparing lot plots, plot plans and other drawings accurately and efficiently using ACAD. QUALIFICATIONS Successful candidates will have exemplary work ethic, character and integrity. Minimum 3-5 years of experience with surveying field operations and ACAD with another developer, builder, contractor, excavation company or engineering firm. Must be able to read engineering improvement plans and architectural plans. Have in-depth knowledge of land development activities (i.e. earthwork, drainage, piping, erosion and sedimentation controls and utilities) and residential construction. A Bachelors degree in related field, preferred. Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills required. Must be detailed and results oriented. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and run multiple complex projects concurrently. A valid driver’s license and clean driver’s record are required. The Builder position manages all aspects of the home building process according to Keystone Custom Homes quality standards while adhering to budget, maintaining the construction schedule and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. The Regional Construction Manager is a functional manager who is responsible for embracing a safety culture, mentoring qualified staff, assisting in business development and promoting the industry.
