Builder/Superintendent

Location: Central Pennsylvania

The Builder position manages all aspects of the home building process according to Keystone Custom Homes quality standards while adhering to budget, maintaining the construction schedule and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. Successful candidates will have exemplary work ethic, character and integrity. A minimum, 2-4 years experience in new home construction. A Bachelors degree, Business Management, Construction Management, or related field, required. Must be highly organized and have a strong attention to details. OSHA 10 Hr., preferred.
