Marketing Manager

Location: Central Pennsylvania

Keystone Custom Homes, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to work at their corporate office. The Marketing Directors primary responsibility will be to build and execute an industry marketing program for our existing communities, as well as, our new communities. The Marketing Manager must have knowledge in messaging development, campaign development and execution, media relations (working with external resources), digital marketing, and shaping our presence at broker openings, etc. He or she will develop and execute thought leadership, especially industry-specific thought leadership, will shape content that is relevant, timely, and of interest to Keystones customers and the media. He or she will work with both internal and external resources and manage a budget. He or she must be an excellent writer with the ability to build an internal network quickly. The position reports to the CEO and works within a small marketing team.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree
A minimum of 5 years of work experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on building and executing industry-specific marketing programs
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Foster collaboration between departments, especially the sales department
Experience in digital marketing, messaging development, campaign development and execution, media relations, and shaping company presence at industry associations
Experience working and building relationships with executives and external resources
Experience in creating thought leadership
Budget management experience
Ability to manage, prioritize, and multi-task on multiple projects
Ability to work independently, as well as be a team player
Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Leadership to the internal marketing team

Ideal candidate would have two years of sales experience (with proven sales results) and a current real estate license. Must be flexible; nature of work requires regularly scheduled weekends. Position consists of salary plus commissions.

Keystone Custom Homes, homebuilder in Central PA and northern MD, is seeking part-time, weekend sales associates in our Frederick and Carroll County, Maryland areas. The ideal candidate will interact well with the public and represent our company in a professional manor. This position serves as a greeter to incoming prospects which includes touring the home with them, providing information and ultimately setting appointments for our sales team members. Must be flexible with location as the model you are assigned to could change weekly based on our coverage needs. The nature of this position is strictly for weekend coverage of a model home. Position consists of an hourly wage.
