Emergency Info & Contacts

Each homeowner can contact their Home Care Specialist directly for any warranty service request or questions. They also can call the Keystone Custom Homes Corporate Office and request the Home Care Specialist’s phone extension to leave a message.

Contact information for 24 hour emergency service regarding mechanicals:

The furnace, water heater, and the electrical panel have stickers with the contact information for that trade on those particular units that homeowners can call if there is an emergency. If homeowners have any issues with appliances, they can call General Electric directly. The contact information is on all of the manuals. Additionally, homeowners will have contact information for their New Home Care Specialist, whom they can contact with questions or concerns.

Tips for Maintaining Your Home

Congratulations! You just bought your brand new Keystone Custom Home and are all settled in and making new memories with your family. There is much excitement around the purchase of a new home, however, it is very important to keep up with the maintenance of your home to keep it beautiful and functional throughout the seasons. This page offers home maintenance tips for each season so you can keep your home feeling just as new as the day you got the keys.

  • Replace furnace filters (bi-monthly during cold season)
  • Clean tracks and weep holes of windows and caulk
  • Start Air Conditioner to keep parts from sticking

  • Caulk and seal joints in bathrooms to prevent leaks

  • Have a professional inspect roof for damaged or loose tiles & repair any leaks

Customer Service

It is Keystone Custom Homes' policy to provide courteous and timely service for all warrantable items as defined by the provisions of the contract and in accordance with the procedures outlined in our Homeowner's Guide. Of course weather conditions, parts availability, and contract rescheduling must be taken into account. If you are within your one (1) year warranty period, please submit warranty requests through the Punchlist Manager. Please refer to the warranties for all appliance questions and reach out to the manufacturer with any questions or problems.
