From York: South on I-83 to Shrewsbury, Exit #4. Turn Right (Forrest Avenue). Go 3rd traffic light (Main Street). Turn left, go to next traffic light. Turn right on Constitution Ave. (Rte. 851). Go to Main Street, New Freedom. Turn Right, go to Front Street. Turn left, Koller Pointe on right.

From Hanover: Take Rte 216 East to Sticks (a 4-way intersection with stop sign), (approx. 6 miles). Turn right on Rte 516, go straight and road becomes Rte 851. Continue on Rte 851 to New Freedom, (approx. 8 miles). Koller Pointe will be on right as you enter New Freedom, PA.
